your complimentary discovery call with me so I get to know your unique business and vision +
see if we’re a good fit for your needs!
2. The Prep Work
When you are ready to move forward we will send you the invoice for the deposit, a welcome pack, our client
questionnaire for you to fill in and decide on the start date and deadlines.
This is all arranged online. Easy! We’ll have you fill out a questionnaire & create a Pinterest board to get a feel
for your vision before designing. Then we have a brainstorm call to discuss all ideas.
Here, you will also start collecting your content for us. Time to plan that photoshoot!
3. Brand Design
Branding is the visual foundation of your business! We take you on an inner journey deep into our creative
process, consisting of different rounds where we present you concepts and give you the opportunity to provide feedback. We implement your feedback and give advice and continue this process until it’s all final.
4. Website Design
With your branding is finished and all your content is collected, we go into website mode!
We have another brainstorm call to discuss the design and flow of your website before I deliver a first draft of
the design. We’ll guide you through the entire process to ensure you love the flow & vibe and make sure it’s
easy to navigate for your ideal clients.
5. Launch Baby!
We’ll do one final overview together to make sure there are no mistakes or typos and everything is working as
it should. Then, once it’s all ready to go, we’ll send over the final invoice and once paid we send over the final
files, and get your new website live! Time to attract your dream clients!
6. Aftercare
You’ll get a video tutorial of your website so you’re able to do text and image changed yourself without being
depended on us. You also have 2 weeks of unlimited email support after launch. I highly recommend taking a
montly maintainance package for your website with us. We make sure everything is updated and keeps running smoothly, so you can just sit back and enjoy the results!
