For Zuiver Jezelf, we chose a serene colour palette with soft earth tones, shades of blue, and orange as an accent colour. This reflects the purifying power of water and the deep connection between body and mind.

The typography exudes softness and refinement while remaining powerful—just like Lonneke's work.

Another year, another chapter of growth. This past year has been one of making bold decisions and getting to work in deep alignment with my core values. 𝘛𝘩𝘦𝘴𝘦 𝘢𝘳𝘦 𝘵𝘩𝘦 4 𝘣𝘪𝘨𝘨𝘦𝘴𝘵 𝘭𝘦𝘴𝘴𝘰𝘯𝘴 𝘐’𝘷𝘦 𝘭𝘦𝘢𝘳𝘯𝘦𝘥 𝘪𝘯 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘭𝘢𝘴𝘵 12 𝘮𝘰𝘯𝘵𝘩𝘴:

𝟭. 𝗦𝘂𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗳𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗱𝗼𝗺 𝗶𝘀 𝗷𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺 𝗼𝗳 𝗯𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗼𝘂𝘁.
I want to build a business that helps me grow and empowers me, both profesionally and personally. It should give me more space, more freedom, more LIFE.

𝟮. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗼𝗮𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘄𝘁𝗵 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗳𝗲𝗲𝗹 𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗲 𝗮𝗻 𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗹𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗰𝗹𝗶𝗺𝗯, 𝗯𝘂𝘁 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗽 𝗶𝘀 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗵 𝗶𝘁.
Growth isn’t comfortable. It’s messy, challenging, and sometimes exhausting. But the view from the top is always worth it.

𝟯. 𝗙𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗱𝗼𝗺 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘀 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻 𝘁𝗼 𝗹𝗲𝘁 𝗴𝗼.
The more I let go of past ideas that no longer align with me, the more happiness it brings. Trust that sometimes it’s good to release control.

𝟰. 𝗣𝗹𝗲𝗮𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗶𝘀𝗻’𝘁 𝗮 𝗹𝘂𝘅𝘂𝗿𝘆. 𝗜𝘁’𝘀 𝗮 𝗻𝗲𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆.
For a long time, I felt stuck — internally, in my health, and in relationships. I had forgotten what pleasure truly was. And when you’re in a phase of growth, you don’t find “that big happiness” all at once. It’s in the little things: a bite of something sweet, the warmth of the sun, laughter in unexpected places and moments. I’m learning to receive again.
